Philip Cody Franklin, 22, arrested Nov. 8 for two counts of felony possession of schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a place for controlled substance.
Andrea Bowman Burleson, 42, arrested Nov. 9 for driving while impaired.
Sherman Carpenter, 49, arrested Nov. 9 for failure to inform or aid personal injury.
Samuel Jason Scott, 35, arrested Nov. 9 for probation violation.
Carol Marie Shumate, 28, arrested Nov. 9 for simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance.
Oscar William Sutton, 36, arrested Nov. 9 for possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance.
Allison Faith Allen, 32, arrested Nov. 10 for two counts of larceny of motor fuel.
Cody Wayne Allen, 26, arrested Nov. 10 for possession of stolen firearm, larceny of firearm.
William Davis McKinney, 32, arrested Nov. 10 on order for arrest for failure to appear for two counts of driving while license revoked, driving while left of center.
William Todd Puckett, 48, arrested Nov. 10 for communicating threats.
Brandi Donielle Tipton, 30, arrested Nov. 10 for misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor out-of-county probation violation.
Cody Wayne Allen, 26, arrested Nov. 11 for eight counts of injury to real property, misdemeanor larceny.
Jessica Gwyn, 19, arrested Nov. 11 on true bill of indictment fo obtaining property by false pretense.
Simon Joseph Clawson, 37, arrested Nov. 12 for driving while license revoked, failure to pay uninsured motorist fee.
James Nathan Osborne, 29, arrested Nov. 12 for driving while impaired.

On Tuesday, Nov. 8, Avery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Nathan Calhoun, 18, of Jonas Ridge. Calhoun was charged with two counts of felony breaking and entering and one count of felony larceny.
On Monday, Nov. 14, Avery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Adam Harmon, 19, of Jonas Ridge. Harmon was charged with three counts of felony breaking and entering and one count of felony larceny.
The charges against Calhoun and Harmon stem from church break-ins and a larceny that occurred in the Jonas Ridge/Pineola area in September of this year. At least one more arrest in the break-ins is pending.
