Smith and Heath to wed
Michael and Ann Smith of Hope Mills announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Michele Smith, to David Allen Heath of Banner Elk.
Michele is a 2004 graduate of Gray’s Creek High School and a 2008 graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in communications. She works for the Department of Health and Human Services in Disability Determination Services.
David is the son of Charles and Ann Heath of Banner Elk and grandson of Frances Rouzer and the late Charles Rouzer of Banner Elk. David is a 2004 graduate of Avery County High School and a 2008 graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in construction engineering and management. He is employed with KBR Building Group as a project engineer.
The wedding is Nov. 10, 2012, at Southeastern North Carolina Agriculture Center and Pavilion in Lumberton.
