Kelsee Boyd and Dillon Oaks announce the birth of their daughter, Sydnee Rayne Oaks, who was born at 4:56 p.m. on Jan. 23, 2013, at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital. She weighed seven pounds, seven ounces, and was 20-inches long.
Grandparents are Billy and Susan Boyle and Patricia Boyd. Dr. Stagg attended the birth.
