D.T.’s Blue Ridge Java

Matthew Hundley / (matthew.hundley@averyjournal.com)

Restaurants in downtown Spruce Pine tend to come and go, but one of the few restaurants that has passed the test of time is D.T.’s Blue Ridge Java. Owners Tricia and David Niven point to a loyal base of customers, constant innovation and a healthy dose of grace for keeping D.T.’s up and running for nine years.
D.T.’s Blue Ridge Java is easy to find at 169 Locust Street in Spruce Pine, so anyone interested in breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a good cup of coffee can stop in from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. The restaurant includes Wi-Fi access, as well as additional space for events or overflow. To learn more about D.T.’s or to inquire about reserving the separate dining room, call (828) 766-8008 or click to http://www.dtsblueridgejava.com. More information is also available on D.T.’s Facebook page.
