Home for the holidays - 2012 holiday calendar

Matthew Hundley / (matthew.hundley@averyjournal.com)

Christmas is almost upon us. Only days remain to make plans and prepare for the big day and to make sure your treasured holiday family traditions go off without a hitch. One holiday tradition to remember when filling out your holiday schedule is the event put on by your local church, community or town. These reminders of the importance of neighbors and communities are key ingredients in the complete holiday spirit.
To plan your holiday festivities and see what events are coming up in your area, check the calendar of holiday events listed below.
If you are planning a holiday event that you would like to see included in this list in upcoming issues of The Avery Journal-Times, give us a call or email details about your event to (matthew.hundley@averyjournal.com) or to (info@averyjournal.com)
