Avery County High School Key Club garnered several awards at the Carolinas District Convention this past weekend. ACHS Key Club was one of 36 clubs across North and South Carolina to receive a Walter Zeller Fellowship Award for its fundraising and education efforts for The Eliminate Project. The club also received service awards from Unicef/Kiwanis and The Boys and Girls Home of North Carolina Inc.
