The following cases were heard in Avery County Criminal District Traffic Court March 17 with the Honorable Judge William Leavell presiding. Britt Springer prosecuted.

The following cases were heard in Avery County Criminal District Court March 18 with the Honorable Judge William Leavell presiding. Britt Springer prosecuted.

    Larry Christopher Goodman (apt. S. Aldous); (m) unauthorized use of motor vehicle; pled guilty, found guilty; 30 days active sentence.
    Juan S. Silva (ret. G. Kivett); driving while impaired; pled guilty, found guilty; six months unsupervised probation; $100 fine, $143 court costs.
