MCC Launches Adult Reader program

Mayland Community College is preparing to launch a new program focused on helping adults learn to read or improve their reading. While the program is nearing launch, a few details like class schedules are still in the works, but those details will be designed to fit the needs, schedules and expectations of the program’s first students. In other words, the program will be built from the ground up to serve its earliest participants, according to MCC Basic Skill’s Joyce Boone.
