Three arrested in arson, double homicide

Three people were arrested on Sunday, Feb. 24, in connection with an arson double-homicide in June 2012.
Jonathan Scott Shell, 22; Jeffrey Lynn Whitehead, 51; and Tyler Daniel Shell, 20, were each charged with two counts of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder by Carter County Sheriff’s Office.
