Tremendous Talent

A showcase of Avery County’s most talented young people wowed an audience of hundreds at Avery County Schools’ Shining Stars district show, which featured the top three acts from each of Avery County’s elementary schools, both middle schools and Avery County High School.
Following the first half of the performance, Avery County Schools Superintendent David Burleson expressed his admiration for the students as well as the faculty members who made the event possible.
