Melissa Ann Lewandowski
Melissa Ann Lewandowski, 27, of
Newland, passed away on Jan. 29, 2013, at Carolinas Medical Center in
Charlotte.
She was born June 16, 1985, in Wyandotte, Mich., a
daughter of Sally Blackburn Lewandowski of Newland and Kevin
Lewandowski of Riverview, Mich.
Lewandowski worked as a CNA and
was a very caring person who was good with the elderly. She loved to
cook and look after others.
Lewandowski was preceded in death by
her maternal grandparents, Arvil and Joan Blackburn; paternal
grandfather, Thomas Lewandowski; and uncle, Larry Blackburn.
Along
with her parents, Lewandowski has left to cherish her memory her
brothers, Chris Lewandowski of Newland, Branden Lewandowski of Huron
Township, Mich.; paternal grandmother, Johanna Lewandowski of
Riverview, Mich.; uncles, John Blackburn of Chicago, Ill., Darrell
Blackburn and wife, Jackie, of Grand Blanc, Mich.; niece, Emma Morse
of Huron Township, Mich.; her beloved dog, Karma; and several special
cousins.
Services for Lewandowski will be conducted at a later
date.
