Web Developer
The ECR Software Corp. (ECRS) IT & Marketing Teams seek candidates for the position of Web Developer. The Web Developer will develop, maintain, and manage changes all ECRS websites including both public and internally facing applications. For the external company website(s), this role will follow the artistic vision of the Marketing Dept and create the web site to meet that vision. For the internal sites, more direct input into feature sets will be encouraged by the holder of this position.

Qualified candidates must possess at least 2 years experience for pay in a corporate IT-related environment and be prepared to show extensive portfolio of work in required areas. Networking and Linux skills are a plus.

Director of Career Services
Lees-McRae College seeks applicants for the position of Director of Career Services.
This position is responsible for the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of career services programs that focus on student needs. The individual will work with academic divisions to conduct programs and bring in speakers to meet the specific career needs of students; develop, implement and evaluate campus wide career programs including the study-abroad fair, graduate school fair, leadership retreat, career symposium and formal dinner and fashion show; conduct individual appointments with students including career explorations, personality type testing, skills/interests inventories, resume and cover letter assistance and other services as needed; contact and bring business representatives to campus to meet with and interview students; maintain and update regularly social media accounts including Facebook account for career services; maintain and publicize internship opportunities; as well as additional identified needs.
Minimum qualifications include Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or Human Services or a related field; or Masters degree in Counseling, Career Counseling, or related field in higher education with outstanding community relations experience. 3+ years in career services or counseling with a focus on career counseling in a college or university setting or extensive experience in community or corporate relations. Excellent interpersonal, entrepreneurial, event planning, and technical skills; detail oriented; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
