Lees-McRae College seeks a self-motivated, organized, detail and customer-oriented individual for the position of Director of Student Financial Services. This position is responsible for all student accounts receivable functions including daily oversight of cashiering functions and working closely with students and families. Duties include setup of tuition and fee charge tables, billing, collection of tuition and fees, reconciliation and posting of all cash receipts, invoices, and financial aid transfers, federal Title IV financial aid cash management, assisting with requirements for annual independent audit, and generation of annual 1098T forms and IRS reporting.
Qualifications include two or more years of accounts receivable experience, excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
