                          JOB DESCRIPTION
                  Under general supervision of the President of Mayland Community College, the Director of Resource               Development is responsible for the development, writing, submission, and administration of funding proposals that advance the mission of the College and assist in the      implementation of the institution's long and short-term goals and objectives.
                        MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
                      Bachelors degree in education or a related field.  Three years of experience in grant writing.
              RECRUITMENT, SELECTION and SALARY RANGE
                          The process for the recruitment and selection of the        successful candidate will be based on the College's        Affirmative Action Policy adopted by the Board of Trustees. The salary range is $35,809.00 - $47,004.00     annually .
